'If you'd joined Jeevansathi, you'd be holding hands instead of the bottle' — this was the message that 'single' fans received at singer Diljit Dosanjh's concert in Delhi.

Diljit Dosanjh kicked off his Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024 in Delhi on Saturday at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

While the show was all sold out, and fans got to witness Dosanjh performing some of his best songs, some concert-goers noticed something unusual.

Two pictures were shared on X by a user SwatKat where volunteers from Jeevansathi.com, a matrimonial site were handing out free water bottles to singles.

The team wore white t-shirts with slogan 'Singles Ko Paani Pilao Yojana,' and holding a placard in hand, while distributing water bottles to the attendees.

"Free water bottles for singles!" was written on the card.

However, it was not an ordinary water bottle, the message on the bottle, as it was directly aimed at the person taking it, said, "Jeevansathi pe aa gaye hote toh aaj ye bottle nahi uska haath pakda hota," which translates to, "If you had joined Jeevansathi, instead of this bottle, you would be holding your partner's hand."

This humorous initiative sparked discussion on social media platforms, with many praising the marketing idea of Jeevansathi.

Since being posted, it has garnered over 15k views and a flurry of comments.

A user commented, "Yeh kya tarika hai (what is this way?)" with laughing emojis.

Another commented, "Bohot beizzaati hai bhai (it's very embarrassing)."

"Next level marketing strategy," wrote a third.

A fourth user wrote, "Swati: Main udna chahti hoon, daudna chahti hoon, girna bhi chahti hoon, bas rukna nahi chahti; Jeevansathi: Yeh lo bottle pakdo."

The Delhi shows mark the beginning of a 10-city tour for Dosanjh, which will take him across Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, and more, before concluding with a grand finale in Guwahati on December 29.
