Security has been tightened in and around the national capital, in the light of 'Chakka Jam' appealed by farmer unions protesting the farm laws. Minto road has been barbed with wires. Singhu border and Ghazipur border have also been blockaded as a peremptory counter-measure to thwart any disturbance. Protesting farmers announced a three-hour long 'Chakka Jam' everywhere outside Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
