Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

White sugar - 1 cup

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Ripe Bananas - 3

Unsalted butter
(room temperature) - 5 tbsp.
2 Eggs room temperature

Method

Preheat oven to 180*C. On the other hand, Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and cinnamon powder into a large mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients well and set aside.

To another bowl add the bananas and make a paste using a fork into small lumps.

Add butter and 2 eggs to the batter and combine both the dry and wet ingredients (Banana paste) with a spatula..

Grease a pan with butter on all side and pour the batter into the pan and gently pat on the counter to remove air bubbles.

Bake for 30-40mins until the dough rises. To check if your dough is perfectly cooked, insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean.

Furthermore, cool the bread loaf on a wire rack.

Cut the loaf into preferred sized slices and toast them on a pan before serving for that
