Set to release on October 5, this Marvel/Sony movie with star Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock in a R-rated horror angle. The movie will follow the storyline of the classic Marvel volumes: ‘Lethal Protector and Planet of the Symbiotes’. ‘Venom’ is set to take on a group of symbiotic monsters and face off against Carnage. Hardy’s fans are looking forward to his upcoming portrayal of this psychotic, symbiotic journalist/vigilante.
Releasing on December 14, Sony will kick off a Spider-Man franchise with the concept of a multiverse. This will bring together Spider-themed heroes from parallel universes. This is the first movie that focuses on Miles Morales, a dark skinned Spider hero. Supporting characters are an adult version of Peter Parker (the original Spider-Man) and Spider Gwen.
Directed by James Wan, ‘Aquaman’ brings together Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Dolph Lundgren and Willem Dafoe. Momoa’s acting takes Aquaman into a more serious track. Arthur Curry aka Aquaman, tries to earn his place in two worlds while preventing a war between them. It releases on December 21.
