A notable highlight was the release of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials aimed at educating the public on mental health, reducing stigma, and fostering open dialogue on mental health and suicide prevention.

Themes covered included the prioritisation of mental health and well-being, epilepsy, suicide prevention, empty nest syndrome, and schizophrenia.

Vishal Patel shared a personal recovery story, explaining the role of support systems in overcoming mental health challenges. The day also featured drama and poster competitions, addressing themes like well-being and suicide prevention, with prizes awarded to participants.
