Former chief minister S M Krishna campaigned for P M Muniraju Gowda, the BJP candidate from Rajarajeshwari Nagar, on Saturday.
"If the BJP comes to power, I will guide the government to develop Bengaluru City," Krishna said. He campaigned in the Kempegowda Nagar, Prem Nagar, Laggere, Chowdeshwari Nagar, Malagala areas in the constituency.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Smriti Irani campaigned for BJP candidate S R Vishwanath, contesting from Yelahanka.
"For the development of Karnataka and to put an end to corruption, vote for the BJP in the state," Smriti said during the campaign trail.
