Minor kills grandmother in Virajpet

He hit her with a wooden log, due to which she died, the police said.

Virajpet: A minor boy murdered his grandmother in a village in the Virajpet taluk.

Janaki, a 48-year-old woman, was killed by her 15-year-old grandson, who was under the influence of alcohol and picked up a quarrel with her over a petty issue.

He then hit her with a wooden log, due to which she died, the police said.

A case is filed in Virajpet town police station.
