A youth who was bathing in Hattihole stream drowned accidentally on Sunday evening.
Krishna (27), a resident of Bettageri near Suntikoppa, is the deceased.
Even though he was lifted from the stream and rushed to the hospital, he breathed his last en route.
A case has been registered in Suntikoppa police station.
