A minor girl was rescued from the house of a former District Collector in Bhubaneswar. She was trafficked from Ganjam and engaged in domestic help. Childline (Bhubaneswar) director, “The poor girl was trafficked from Ganjam and engaged as domestic help. We hope that the accused will be punished. The former Collector’s son is a Professor at the National Law University (in Hyderabad) while his daughter-in-law is the founder of an English Medium school (in IRC Village). The child has been rescued. Law will take its own course.”
