A bizarre incident came into light from Odisha’s Ganjam where a truck driver was imposed with a fine of Rs 1,000 for “driving truck without helmet”. Pramod Kumar, the truck driver was made aware of the strange pending challan when he went to the Transport Department to renew his vehicle permit.
