Foreign female tourist falls ill, dies while visiting Taj Mahal

A foreign female tourist visiting the Taj Mahal passed away on Saturday after falling ill while climbing the ramp leading to the ticket counter.

Upon falling sick, she was rushed to the gate in a wheelchair.

"The death occurred outside the monument. She was part of a group of tourists," ANI quoted ACP Taj Security in Agra, Syed Areeb Ahmad as saying.
