Popular technology majors such as Lenovo, Samsung, Daiwa, Motorola and Panasonic among other launched new smartphones, smart TVs and accessories such as earphones and wireless speakers this week (February 14-20).

DH's Gadgets Weekly edition lists the latest prominent personal technology products to keep you abreast of everything that's happening in the world of consumer electronics.

Daiwa Android TVs
Daiwa launched two new Alexa built-in Smart TVs – 32-inch and 39-inch. They are powered by an Android 8.0 OS and A35 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, and 8GB ROM for storage. It also supports HDMI x 3 and USB x 2 ports along with Bluetooth for audio devices and EShare for screen mirroring. The Smartphones can be also be used as air Mouse for controls with the help of E-Share.

The new Daiwa smart TVs offer 1366 X 768p resolution, with Quantum Luminit Technology that enables better colour contrasts and deeper blacks. It promises a dynamic TV viewing experience with pre-set picture modes – Cricket or Cinema, for an enhanced user viewing experience. With 20W sound output, the stereo Box speakers, enable surround sound technology, bringing the perfect audio–visual experience.

Daiwa D32S7B (32-inch) and D40HDRS (39-inch) tvs are priced for Rs 15,990 and Rs 21,990 respectively.

Harman Kardon SoundSticks 4
Harmon's new Kardon SoundSticks 4 comes equipped with an iconic transparent dome design with 100-watts two satellite speakers and a subwoofer cover with an inner rippled surface design and this promises vibrant treble and incredible bass.

It also has two satellite speakers each have four drivers for room-filling, clear, vibrant sound and has wireless Bluetooth tech support. It costs Rs 25,999 and is now available across leading retail stores across India and on the Harman website.

Syska P2024J Power Bank
The new Syska power bank comes with premium metal body finishing. It has 12-layer advanced chip protection to avoid malfunctions. It features a 20,000mAh battery and comes with an 18Watt quick charge. It has 2-way Input-Output fast charging technology and supports both micro-USB and Type-C ports. It costs Rs 2,499.

Lenovo Smart Clock
The new Lenovo Smart Clock features an easy-to-read LED display to show real-time information at a glance, the ambient light sensor that allows viewing from any angle or brightness, and Google Assistant. It is powered by an Amlogic A113X processor and comes with one 1.5-inch 3W speaker (peak power of 3W) and two microphone arrays.

The alarm clock supports using buttons to set the alarm, in addition to voice. It’s also a useful night-time companion with a built-in light (peak brightness of 31 Lumens) that helps people walk around without bumping into things and has an integrated USB port to charge the devices overnight. The screen also features smart alarm suggestions based on the next day’s calendar events, as well as sunrise alarms that gently wake people by gradually increasing color and brightness before ringing the alarm.

Philips Soundbar Tab7305 and Tab5305 series
The TAB7305 comes with 2.1CH and promises to deliver a power output of 300 W with Dolby Digital Plus for an electrifying experience. It comes with an elegant and geometrical compact design, the soundbars deliver a crisp and clear whisper-quite dialogue, the company claims. It costs Rs 21,990.

Philips also offers another affordable TAB5305 with 2.1CH and 70W output, providing a fuller sound along with a satisfying bass.

It comes equipped with HDMI ARC, consumers can now connect to their TV and control the volume of the soundbars with the same remote they use for the TV to reduce the cable clutter. These soundbars boast a unique slanted design and a low profile. When it comes to placement, the included wall brackets provide the flexibility of mounting it on the wall.

Additionally, the wireless subwoofer adds the extra, low-frequency oomph that really makes those explosions go boom and the compact design makes it easy to conceal. It costs Rs 14,990.

Beetel FLiX earbuds
The new FLix earbuds come with compact and lightweight earbuds with a unique design. It has anti-slip earplugs to fit the contour of the ears, offering good comfort for long hours.

The earphones are equipped with 8mm drivers, delivering rich bass and clear treble. The company says this design ensures minimal sound distortion while offering extra bass, sparkling trebles, and clear Mids. The earbuds with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, support quick pairing and seamless connectivity up to 10 metres – Now Listen to music, without any signal loss or lag! Matching the social life, TWS 110 earbuds provide longer hours of music with a 300mAh charging case. The uniquely designed case comes with a digital display on the top, for ease of use. It costs Rs 1,499.

Soundcore Rave Party Bluetooth speaker
It comes with two 5.25 woofers and dual two-inch tweeters. Its Bass up Technology, promises enhanced delivery of bass notes accompanied by rich mids and clear treble.

Rave Party speaker houses custom pulsing LEDs and supports synced light shows with the music playing. "Its unique Rave party lighting algorithm and independent DSP, of the speaker syncs the LED light patterns with the rhythm of the music to create an immersive listening experience. One could also create an oversized strobe light through the speaker, building the ultimate party mood," the company said.

Users can download the Soundcore app (Available on Android and IOS) and control LED Lights by swiping their fingers on the light wheel on the smartphone screen. The app also supports layer sound effects, along with EQ settings, enriching the listening experience. The app comes with 3 party games. With a massive 20000Mah battery, it can offer up to 24 hours of playtime. It costs 13,999.

Samsung Galaxy F62
The new Galaxy F62 is a feature-rich mid-range phone. It sports a 6.7-inch inch full HD+ (2400 x 1080p) Infinity-O Super AMOLED Plus 20:9 display with up to 420 nits brightness.
Inside, it comes with a 7nm class Exynos 9825 octa-core (2.7 GHz x 2 + 2.4 GHz x 2 + 1.9 GHz x 4) CPU backed Android 11-based One UI 3.1, 128GB storage and a 7,000mAh battery with 25W charger.

It boasts quad-camera-- 64MP (with Sony IMX682 sensor, f/1.8) + 12MP 123° ultra-wide angle sensor (f/2.2) + 5MP depth sensor (f/2.2) and 5MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it comes with 32MP (f2.2) selfie shooter. It comes in two configuration-- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage-- for Rs 23,999 and Rs 25,999, respectively.

Motorola Moto E7 Power

It comes with 6.5-inch HD+ (1600×720p) Max Vision LCD display and on the back, it features a dual-camera module and the iconic Motorola batwing logo, which also happens to house a capacitive fingerprint sensor.

Inside, Moto E7 Power comes with a 2GHz MediaTek Helio G25 octa-core processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, Android 10 OS, 2GB/4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB/64GB (eMCP) storage (expandable memory up to 1TB via microSD), a 13MP main camera (f/2.2) backed by a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash, a 5MP snapper (f/2.2) front camera and a 5,000mAh battery. Its price starts at Rs 7,499.

Samsung Galaxy A12
Samsung's new Galaxy A12 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display and comes with Mediatek Helio P35 octa-core (2.3GHz x 4 cores + 1.8GHz x 4 cores) backed by Android 10 OS, 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery, which is more than enough for the phone to last two full days under normal usage. It also comes with a 15W fast charger with a retail box.

The highlight feature of the new Samsung phone is the photography hardware. It boasts quad-camera module-- main 48MP + 5MP (ultra-wide) + 2MP (Macro) + 2MP (Depth) sensor-- with LED flash on the back. On the front, it features 8MP snapper for selfies. Its price starts at Rs 12,999.
