According to reports, an irate passenger on a flight out of Japan was besides himself when he realised that his seat did not align with a window, and began demanding that he be moved to a seat with a view.

Unable to satisfy his demand and despite repeated attempts to placate him, one flight attendant took a most unusual step: She drew the borders of a window and clouds and stuck it to the plane's wall for everyone to see.

The photo has since gone viral with several thousand likes and retweets.
