People left Apple store held by gunman, say Amsterdam Police

Several people have left an Apple store in central Amsterdam after being held hostage by an armed man on Tuesday evening, police said.

"Since the start of the hostage taking in the Apple store in Leidseplein, several people have managed to leave the store," the Amsterdam police force said on Twitter.
