Ukraine will need $12-15 billion more in foreign assistance next year than previously expected because of Russia's war on the country, deputy finance minister Olha Zykova said on Wednesday.
Ukraine had previously said it would need a total of $22.7 billion in foreign assistance in 2025.
Kyiv says it needs about $38 billion in foreign aid this year, and has already received around $24 billion of that amount from its Western partners.
