<p>Bengaluru: Bengaluru-based Kalyani Developers will invest Rs 5,300 crore in projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad over the next two years, the company announced on Thursday. </p><p>While until now the developers focused on the business space, Rs 4,500 crore of the amount will mark their foray into the residential sector. This is with three projects planned in Bengaluru (in North Bengaluru, Whitefield and Kanakapura Main Road) and a mixed-use development in Hyderabad. </p>.Barenya Senapati appointed as new director (Finance) at HAL.<p>The remaining Rs 800 crore will be spent on two hotels comprising 300 rooms each in North Bengaluru.</p>
