CM Pramod Sawant flags off 20 EV buses to reduce carbon emissions in Goa

Chief Minister of Goa Pramod Sawant flagged off twenty Air-conditioned electric buses at Cujira bus stop in Bombolin, Goa on May 18. The government of Goa has decided to flag off a total of forty-eight buses by the end of July under the Smart City Mission.

“Today, we handed over 20 electric buses to Kadamba Transport Corporation. We are going to launch 100 electric buses from the government side in the coming year. The government is working in every aspect to promote green energy in the state,” said Pramod Sawant.
