<p class="title">Mahadevapura MLA Arvind Limabavali has moved the high court, challenging the charge sheet filed against him for blocking traffic while protesting cases of child sex abuse at a school in 2017. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Limbavali and his supporters had taken out a pedal march on February 18, 2017. The march caused a massive traffic jam near the HAL police station. A head constable posted at the Marathahalli police station requested for action to be taken against Limbavali and others as per the law. Accordingly, police registered a case, naming Limbavali and 24 others. The charge sheet was filed recently. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Opposing the charge sheet, Limbavali’s petition stated that “wicked elements” were using the case to “harass him and irreparably damage his reputation”. </p>
