<p>Mohammed Nalapad, son of Shanthinagar MLA N A Haris, on Wednesday moved the high court, seeking relaxation of his bail conditions that prevented him from leaving Bengaluru without the court's permission.</p>.<p>Justice John Michael Cunha was hearing a plea filed by Nalapad, who sought the court's permission to travel abroad for 15 days to meet his brother.</p>.<p>In June, the court had granted bail to Nalapad, who was arrested for assaulting Vidwath L, son of a businessman, at Farzi Cafe in UB City in February.</p>.<p>The court had granted him bail on the condition that Nalapad will not leave Bengaluru without the permission of the court. The court had also asked him to deposit a Rs 2 lakh bond with two sureties, besides imposing other riders.</p>.<p>The court adjourned the hearing to August 27.</p>
