<p class="bodytext">United Bengaluru, a civic NGO, launched its second campaign #BengaluruDemands on Sunday, urging Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and Deputy Chief Minister Parameshwara to fulfil the demands. </p>.<p class="bodytext">The NGO’s representatives have sought an appointment with the chief minister to discuss 11 matters: commercialisation of residential areas, infrastructure, ward committees and citizen participation in urban governance, metropolitan planning committee and revised master plan 2031, solid waste management, functioning of Karnataka Compost Development Corporation plants, integrated management of water system and revival of lakes, Bannerghatta eco-sensitive zone, real estate regulatory authority (RERA), safety of women and children, and mobility. </p>
