<p>The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) has formed three teams of observers to assess and report damage in the flood-hit districts.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The teams will visit Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Mysuru, Kodagu, Chamarajanagar, Shivamogga and Chikkamagalur districts.</p>.<p class="bodytext">“The three teams will hold talks with our local leaders in the districts and visit flood-hit areas and reach out to the victims. Also, they will study mitigation and relief efforts that are underway and submit a report,” KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao said here on Friday.</p>
