<p>Heavy rain which lashed Ballari city for around three hours late on Tuesday night caused havoc, affecting movement of vehicles.</p>.<p>Rainwater accumulated at several places hindering movement of vehicles. There was knee-deep water on Stadium Road and beneath the railway bridge in Satyanarayanapet. Water flooded the mini zoo in the city and deers were seen wading through water.</p>.<p>Assistant Commissioner Ramesh Kona Reddy said that there had been no reports of any damage due to the rain.</p>.<p>Meanwhile, Molakalmuru taluk in Chitradurga district too received heavy rain for whole night on Tuesday. Water gushed into the drug warehouse of the government veterinary hospital in Rayapura village, damaging medicines.</p>
