<p>Kargil Vijay Diwas was observed in Kodagu district on Monday. Floral tributes were paid to the war memorials at General Thimayya Museum and near the Madikeri CMC.</p>.<p>Nagara Hitarakshana Vedike too observed Kargil Vijay Diwas.
