<p>The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday directed the police to find out and slap a notice on a person who appeared semi-naked during a video conference. The semi-naked man was visible and even found bathing, she said. She complained that she was exposed to it for about 20 minutes and she opined that the act seemed to be deliberate.</p>.<p>She said that such offensive behavior should not occur again and it also amounted to contempt of court.
