He said he could not speak to them later. It is known from the friends in Kodagu that they are safe, he added.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Another student Ganagangamma said that her parents managed to speak to her with the help of their neighbours by recharging their mobile phones in their car.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Students' organisation honourary advisor S P Changappa said that necessary items for Kodagu flood victims will be collected at SDM Law College.
