<p>Political differences between the leaders of the alliance partners (the JD-S and the Congress) and the opposition BJP dissolved albeit briefly over lunch at the Banquet Hall of the Vidhana Soudha on Thursday.</p>.<p>Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, former chief minister Siddaramaiah, Leader of the Opposition B S Yeddyurappa had lunch together at the same table.</p>.<p>Kumaraswamy, who had hosted the lunch, stood at the doorway of the Banquet Hall and welcomed the legislators and senior officers. As soon as Siddaramaiah arrived, Kumaraswamy personally escorted him to the table reserved for them. When Yeddyurappa arrived Kumaraswamy left the lunch midway to welcome the BJP leader.</p>.<p>The trio were joined by Assembly Speaker K R Ramesh Kumar, Council protem Chairman Basavaraj Horatti, Water Resources Minister D K Shivakumar and others. There was a lot of bonhomie among the leaders as they had lunch.</p>
