<p>Chitradurga: The Second Additional District & Sessions Court, on Monday, remanded Murugha Mutt seer Shivamurthy Murugha Sharana to judicial custody till December 2 in the second Pocso case registered against him.</p><p>Chitradurga police team produced the seer before the court after arresting him at Virakta mutt in Davangere earlier in the day. The court remanded him in judicial custody for 13 days.</p><p>Meanwhile, the counsel for the seer, has questioned the arrest warrant issued against him in Karnataka High Court.</p><p>Following an arrest warrant issued by the district court, Chitradurga Rural Police arrived at Virakta Mutt in Davangere and took the seer to their custody in the afternoon. </p><p>Later, he was taken to district general hospital in Chitradurga and produced before the court.</p><p>It may be mentioned that the seer had come out of jail on November 16 after Karnataka High Court granted conditional bail in the first Pocso case registered against him. </p><p>The seer had gone to Davangere after coming out of the jail from Chitradurga on a condition that he should not enter Chitradurga district.</p>
