She consoled Shyamala, wife of Chandrashekar Kotian, and his aged mother. Sitharaman also visited the parents of Damodar Salian. His ailing father Suvarna Tingalaya appealed to the minister to ensure have that they at least one glance of their son.</p>.<p>Sitharaman said the government has taken sufficient measures to search the missing boat. The Maharashtra government and the Indian Navy are continuing the search operation. The families spoke in Tulu, which was translated by BJP leader Shobha Karandlaje and Udupi MLA Raghupathi Bhat.</p>
