<p>In a counter to former chief minister Siddaramaiah over his remarks on the Congress-JD(S) coalition, Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara on Wednesday said the coalition government would complete its full five-year term and that the comments made by others were irrelevant.</p>.<p>Speaking to reporters in Koppal after taking part in the passing out parade of the trainees at Munirabad Police Training Centre, Parameshwara said, “As president of KPCC, I am issuing this clarification that we have agreed to run this government for five years. What others are talking outside is irrelevant.”</p>.<p>To a query on Siddaramaiah expressing his doubts about the longevity of the government in the leaked video, Parameshwara said, “Outsiders talk in different way. For political<br />reasons, they say that this government will run for only one year. Some say two years. There is no need to give importance to the statements made in private.”</p>.<p>He reiterated that there was no confusion about the longevity of the government and that Kumaraswamy would present the budget.</p>
