<p>Members of Mysuru Bar Association on Monday decided not to appear in the case, in defence of the accused in the Sulvadi Kicchugutti Maramma Temple prasada poisoning case.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The decision was taken in the meeting. “This is a rare inhuman act. Hence, it is directed to the members of Mysuru Bar Association not take up the case in defence of the accused in the temple prasada poisoning case,” association president Anand Kumar said. The advocates’ associations of Kollegala and Chamarajanagar also have decided not to defend the accused. The poisoning of prasada at Kichhugutti Maramma Temple in Sulvadi village in Hanur taluk of Chamarajanagar district has claimed the lives of 17 people. The police arrested four people, including Saluru Mutt junior seer Immadi Mahadevaswami.</p>
