Modi 3.0 Swearing-in Highlights | PM, 30 Cabinet Ministers, 5 MoS with Independent Charge and 36 MoS sworn in
Hello readers! Modi 3.0 government's swearing-in ceremony saw 72 ministers take oath. 7 ex-CMs are in Modi's Cabinet, including the third-time prime minister himself. Prime Minister Modi, 30 Cabinet Ministers, 5 MoS with Independent Charge and 36 MoS were sworn in on Sunday. Narendra Modi begins his third straight term as the head of a coalition government after two full tenures in which the BJP enjoyed a majority on its own. Modi, 73, will be equalling the feat of first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who won in 1952, 1957 and 1962 general elections. Guests, including foreign heads of state and celebs, witnessed the 'historic' event. Multi-layered security has been planned in Delhi for today, with five companies of paramilitary personnel, NSG commandoes, drones and snipers that will blanket the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Earlier today, Modi visited Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi to pay tribute. People all across the nation are preparing for the event and showing support for Modi by putting up posters and carrying out prayers ahead of the event.
