<p>Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for treatment of post-Covid complications.</p>.<p>According to officials, the minister complained of breathing problems and his oxygen saturation levels were on the lower side.</p>.<p>The minister’s office said Nishank’s condition was stable.</p>.<p>Sixty-one-year-old Nishank had contracted Covid-19 on April 21, and recovered from the disease.</p>.<p>He had been actively discharging his official duties for the past several weeks and chaired meetings on the implementation of the National Education Policy and participated in the deliberations on the conduct of the Class 12 CBSE exams.</p>.<p>The Education Ministry is scheduled to make an announcement on the conduct of the Class 12 CBSE exams anytime now. It had told the Supreme Court that the ministry would apprise it of the decision on Class 12 examinations on June 3.</p>
