Serbia releases special stamp to honour 75 years of India’s Independence

In a bid to further steel the international relations shared between India and Serbia, the European country Serbia released a special stamp to honour the 75th Anniversary of India's Independence. The event was attended by the First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dačić and Indian Ambassador Sanjiv Kohli. India and Yugoslavia traditionally enjoyed deep friendship as co-founders of the Non-Aligned Movement. The deep bond of friendship continued in subsequent decades resulting in close and friendly ties between India and Serbia.
