Dalit body wants bill to end honour killing

Dalit Hakkugala Samiti (DHS) recommends to bring a bill into force to end crimes in the name of honor and tradition, against freedom of choice in relationships and matrimonial alliances, as the samiti feels that IPCs and other laws are inadequate to check the same.
