A student’s initiative to make masks accessible to all
As many people do not have access to ready-made masks, Zaayra Singh, a Class 12 student from New Delhi, came up with the concept of ‘Masks for Many’. Through this initiative she has so far supplied over 600 hand-made masks to two NGOs. These masks are being distributed among the slum dwellers. Zaayra plans to continue to produce and distribute masks even after the lockdown is lifted.
