<p>Dubai: Islamic State claimed responsibility on Tuesday for a deadly explosion in <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/afghanistan">Afghanistan's </a>capital Kabul a day earlier.</p><p>In a post on its Telegram account, the militant group said one of its members detonated an explosive vest, killing and injuring more than 45 people.</p>.<p>On Monday, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran had said the blast killed six people and wounded 13 others.</p>
