Congress party's Rajya Sabha MP Phulo Devi Netam has been taken away in an ambulance from Parliament after she felt dizzy and fell.
She was protesting in the Well of of the House over NEET issue when the incident happened. She is being taken to RML hospital.

Rajya Sabha LoP & Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, "Under Rule 267 we are demanding a special discussion on it in the House, and after that, we will state our demands."
Speaking to presspersons after visiting party MP Phulo Devi Netam -- who fainted in the Parliament earlier today -- in Delhi's RML Hospital, Rajya Sabha LoP & Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, "Doctors will take her for the CT scan. After that, they will tell everything...her proper health examination is very important to recover...She fell but still, the House was not adjourned, it was going on...No one came to see...The members of the House should be treated properly and I condemn this behaviour of the House which they showed..."
Initiating a discussion on the Motion of Thanks to The President's Address, senior BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said the Congress is now talking about protecting the Constitution but it had always "disrespected" it in letter and spirit.
On the Congress assertion that Prime Minister Narendra Modi cannot be compared with Jawahar Lal Nehru, Trivedi said he agrees that the two cannot be compared as Modi was chosen unanimously as PM candidate while Nehru was "not an unanimous choice".
Trivedi said the Opposition parties are upbeat that the BJP has lost Ayodhya and other Lok Sabha constituencies associated with Lord Ram, but in reality they too are not acknowledging the existence of Lord Ram.
His speech was repeatedly disrupted by sloganeering by opposition members and two adjournments in the House.
TMC(M) president G K Vasan, speaking on the Motion of Thanks on the President's address, on Friday slammed Samajwadi Party MP R K Chaudhary for his comments on Sengol – the golden sceptre presented by the Thiruvavaduthurai Math in the State, and installed in the Lok Sabha by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"Unfortunate that a Lok Sabha MP said things against Sengol. They are letting down Indian culture. I would like to ask DMK members about what is their position," he said.
