Here's what happened at the Winter Session in the Parliament:
The I.N.D.I.A. bloc held a meeting today, where the Opposition leaders gathered to discuss floor strategy prior to the commencing of the Winter Session at the Parliament. The Opposition leaders demanded an invitation to the Constitution Day event which will be held on Tuesday.

After the proceedings began, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar paid tributes to the deceased members of both the Houses.
Followed by that, Om Birla adjourned the Lok Sabha till 11.45 and Dhankhar too adjourned the adjourned the House till 11.45 after a spate of words with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
As soon as the proceedings began in the Rajya Sabha, Dhankhar urged its members to main integrity to which Kharge remarked, "Out of the 75 years of the Constitution, I've known everything for 54 years and hence, there's no need to teach me anything."
Later on, around 12, both the Houses were adjourned till 11 am on November 27.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar paid tributes to deceased members of both houses after which LS was adjourned until 11.45 am. Congress' president Mallikarjun Kharge lashed out at Dhankhar and said that out of the 75 years of the Constitution he has known everything for 54 years and hence, there's no need to teach him anything more. After a chaos in the Rajya Sabha, Dhankhar too adjourned the house till 11.45 am.
