An excess of anything always tends to have a negative impact, goes an age-old saying. The wonderful connection between workout and a happy, vigorous and healthy mind is a known fact, but various studies have revealed that engaging in too much physical activity could have an undesirable effect on cerebral health.
Being energetic and active through activities like aerobics, cycling and team sports for about 30 to 60 minutes per day will definitely have a great positive and favourable impact on mental health as compared to people who never indulge in regular physical activity. Nevertheless, overdoing exercise could be harmful to your psychological well-being. People who have a habit of getting trained and work out for more than 90 minutes at a time have been known to suffer a poor mental health condition.
People at the peril of training way too much might be suffering from a bipolar disorder, which can encompass mania. Also at jeopardy are those people having addictive personas because they are overdoing exercise, like with any obsession, and totally disregard other things in their life. Another condition faced by people is a secondary workout addiction in which exercise becomes a part of an eating disorder.
