<p>More than a fortnight after the sensational shooting on board the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Super-Fast Express, constable Chetan Singh who made a hate speech after killing his superior officer and three passengers, has been dismissed from service. </p><p>Singh (33), a constable of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) was arrested by the Government Railway Police (GRP) - and is currently under judicial custody. </p>.Train firing: Sacked RPF constable harassed Muslim man in 2017.<p>On 31 July, Singh shot dead RPF’s Assistant Sub Inspector Teekaram Meena (57) and three passengers - Abdul Kadarbhai Mohammed Hussain Bhanpurwala (62), a resident of Nalasopara in Palghar, Asgar Abbas Sheikh (48), a resident of Madhubani in Bihar, and Syed Saifullah (43), a resident of Hyderabad.</p><p>The incident took place when the train was passing through the Palghar district of Maharashtra after crossing Gujarat. </p><p>In his early decade-old service, Singh had faced disciplinary issues at least thrice in his career. </p><p>The service record of Singh, and details of his relationship with superiors and colleagues from Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, where he had served earlier, were gathered, as part of the investigations. </p><p>The order to sack Singh was issued by the RPF Senior Divisional Security Commissioner.</p>
