Rajasthan: Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat attends rechristening ceremony of 'Miyan ka Bada' railway station

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on April 30 attended the official name change ceremony of 'Miyan ka Bada' railway station in Barmer of Rajasthan. The railway station was officially rechristened as Mahesh Nagar railway station.

"Villagers demanded this for a long time. Railway station’s name remained the same even though the village’s name had been changed to Mahesh Nagar,” informed the Union Minister.
