West Bengal Assembly Elections highlights: Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury releases Congress' manifesto

Union Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled BJP's election manifesto "Sonar Bangla Sankalpa Patra" for West Bengal. PM Modi said that he will not allow the TMC supremo to play with Bengal’s development and the dreams of its people. Mamata Banerjee slammed the BJP after disgruntled TMC MP Sisir Adhikari joined BJP at Home Minister Amit Shah's rally in Bengal. Sources in the BJP said that his other son Dibyendu, a TMC MP from Tamluk, may also follow suit. Trinamool Congress MP Dev on Sunday claimed that the work done by the Mamata Banerjee government in West Bengal is unparallel, asserting that she would score 10 goals in the upcoming elections even with a broken leg.
