Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections 2024 constituency-wise results Highlights | Congress-NC clinch 48 seats, BJP end on 29The results for all the 90 constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir have been declared by the Election Commission, and the National Conference (NC)-Congress alliance have emerged victorious. They will be forming the government in J&K after winning 48 seats, with NC alone winning 42. NC's Omar Abdullah contested from two constituencies - Budgam and Ganderbal, securing victories in both seats. BJP's Darshan Kumar was the first to be declared a winner in the elections, claiming victory in Basohli. Soon after, Nazir Khan won the Gurez seat. BJP's Ranbir Singh Pathania followed suit in Udhampur. The BJP were declared winner in 29 seats. PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti's daughter Iltija Mufti ended up on the losing side. Citizens of Jammu and Kashmir voted in an assembly election for the first time in 10 years
